Reservation only by email of or telephone. After making a deposit the agreement is legitimate.

The amount of deposit is 30% of its total sum and must be paid within 14 days after reservation.

The remaining amount has to be paid into our account 6 weeks before the day of departure.

A deposit of €200 has to be paid at the day of arrival. On the day of departure the deposit is refunded by deducting any costs incurred by damage or loss of belongings and goods. The tenant is required that the house is treated with care and respect. At the end of the rentalperiod the house must be in good condition.

Cancellation of the reservation must be made by email. When canceling a reservation the owner will charge the tenant the following:

• If canceled up to 6 weeks before departure 20% of the total amount.

• For cancellations from 6 weeks up to 2 weeks before departure 50% of the total amount.

• Cancellation within 2 weeks before departure 100% of the total amount.

• The cancellation shall take effect at the time the email is received.

The owner accepts no liability for damage or personal injury occur in or around the house.
